Providence’s Health Care Network

Providence offers members access to over 4,000 in network hospitals and 78,000 worldwide hospitals. Individuals and families can choose from Optimum, Value, or Prime plans. The differences between the plans are the amount of deductible each member pays. Optimum and Value plans charge a variety of deductibles, depending on the member’s medical needs and budget, while the Prime plan has no deductible.

For certain services, such as physician visits, annual gynecological exams, and immunizatons, the deductible may be waived. Plans are available from basic to comprehensive and cater to each member’s financial situation and medical requirements.
