The AmeriHealth Healthy Lifestyles program offers awards, incentives and support to members who partake in healthy activities and behaviors. The aim is to encourage members to take small steps toward improving their quality of life.

Here are a few examples of rewards offered to members through the AmeriHealth Healthy Lifestyle Program:

  • Reimbursed expenses  up to $150 for completing regular workouts
  • Up to $200 when you complete a program to quit smoking
  • Up to  $200 in incentives for enrolling in weight management classes

AmeriHealth Plans for Families and Individuals

  • AmeriHealth HMO:  Members’ needs are handled by one primary care physician selected from a wide network of available physicians throughout the three states. The HMO has no deductibles and low out-of-pocket costs. Members are encouraged to take advantage of available wellness programs at no additional costs, including discounts on alternative health care programs.
  • AmeriHealth PPO: Members are able to choose their own physician either in-network or out of network. The PPO plan also includes access to wellness programs and preventive care for children and adults as well as many other benefits
