Atlantis Health Insurance Products
Atlantis offers health insurance plans with office visit copayments of $10-20. Choose from HMO or POS plans, and riders that provide prescription medication, vision, nursing, substance abuse, mental health, and student benefits.
- Healthy New York – A state-sponsored program that provides insurance for employers and their employees and for uninsured working individuals.
- Atlantis POS – Atlantis offers over 30 point-of-service plans. Policyholders choose a primary care physician who will give referrals for specialists.
- Atlantis HMO – Choose from 11 HMO plans with low copayments for visits to in-network doctors.
