International health insurance for Diabetes Melitus Typ 1

I want to live abroad (Malaysia, PR China), but in Germany it seems impossible to find an international health insurance for diabetics. Could u provide such a health insurance, which is affordable and covers the diabetes? Or can you think of any solution of my problem? Thank You for your help. Kind regards
