Because thinking about health insurance doesn't always have to be boring.

In a presidential health care forum, candidate John Edwards moved up on the block by what he had to say about health care. Being for universal health care is a must for candidates in this election cycle—and he is also for more support for HIV/AIDS patients and research which is a very good quality in a candidate.

San Francisco is about to go where no other place in America has ever gone: universal health care. There is a truly a health care insurance crisis in this country, and it’s great to see the mayor of a large American city finally trying to address it.

As healthcare costs and health insurance premiums continue to increase, more and more Americans seem to be choosing to go without rather than include a health insurance plan in their expenses. Frankly, this worries me, because going without health insurance is actually a lot like putting on a fireworks show while you're pumping gas - you're likely to get badly burned.

Young people today see health care as being one of the top social issues of our time—and especially for the 2008 presidential election. This is good news for everyone who champions the health care cause, who needs health care or who understands the importance of improving our current medical industry.

It seems like just about every day we're learning that more and more things in our homes can cause us to develop deadly, fearsome diseases. The latest, apparently, being that poisonous, dreaded, most dangerous of snacks - microwaved popcorn. Popcorn?
