Caffeine Increases Risk of Miscarriage Two-fold
A study of more than 1,063 women in California has concluded that the equivalent of two cups of coffee a day doubles the risk of miscarriage in a pregnant woman.
Lead researcher De-Kun Li, from Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif. recommends that pregnant women should limit their intake to less than 150 milligrams (or about one cup of cofee) a day.
