Celtic Health Insurance Products
Celtic’s health plans are designed to be affordable and easy to apply for and use. Not all plans are available in all states.
- Celtic Basic Plan: A PPO plan with 80/20 coinsurance and annual deductibles of $1,500, $2,500, or $5,000. Policyholders will receive two office visits per year with a copay of $30 each, and $200 worth of wellness benefits, which start after the first year of coverage.
- CeltiCare II Health Plan: Policyholders from 6 months to 64 years can choose from PPO, indemnity, or hospital network options. Rates may be lower for people who do not smoke.
- CelticSaver HSA Health Plan: Combines either a high-deductible PPO or indemnity plan with a health savings account. Deposits to the account is dax deductible, and funds used to pay for medical expenses are tax-free.
- Celtic PostGrad: A temporary health care solution (1-6 months), targeted toward recent college graduates. Deductibles range from $500-$2,500.
- Celtic Short-Term: Provides health insurance for 1 to 6 months. Benefits include in- and out-patient care, physician visits, and surgical expenses.
