Clear Choice Health Plans was founded in 1995 to provide innovate health care and health maintenance solutions to members living in Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. In May of 2010, Clear Choice became a subsidiary of PacificSource Health Plans, an independent, not-for-profit health plan based in Eugene, Oregon, and changed its brand at that time to Clear One. Today, Clear One and PacificSource Health Plans together manage more than 259,000 individual member plans and 6,400 employer contracts in the Northwestern U.S.
